This was when Eddie van halen and Ernie ball were working together.

Back then the case was a special made fitting item, and came as set with guitar, it didn't have to be purchased separately. This case was almost a break-thru design in itself. The 16 pounds of weight and size box is whats making postage so high. Outside the USA agrees to pay in funds.

Only what is seen you are buying on. Please notice in my photos that one shows this is the amber case. I can only promise to do my best in mentioning any concerns, will not purposely conceal a flaw make the item seem better than it truly is.

This case was taller or thicker than a standard case, to allow for the tremolo bar whammy stay attached inside.

I am keeping the guitar, but selling case for someone that may need an original 1997 to complete their van halen Music Man set up. It was took out to a few church gigs like playing in park or small festival, but this amber colored guitar mostly stayed at home inside case that i'm selling. I appreciate that, and fully understand if you would rather buy it from someone else save a few dollars on shipping.

They've popped off over the years and i've replaced them when they do. Even though I have no clue what postage price is showing you based on your zip code, know it'll be high just cause the weight and size. I bought it new in when my first Music Man axis guitars. Because I ship priority only, my shipping may seem higher than someone who ships a slower less safe way.

I've not had a single lost or damaged package. I think its plywood, sure feels like it, and weighs almost 13 pounds by itself.

Shipping is figured as priority because its safer faster. Ordered in 1997 right at the time Eddie van halen was not happy with Ernie ball, I paid for it and had to wait almost a year arrive early because have 4 Music Man guitars exactly same cases, marked them little sticky letters naming color of guitar so could always grab correct wanted.

I took photos of everything i'm selling individually. Except guitar not included please see photos for and condition. Before this most guitars struggled to fit inside a case if they had the newer Floyd rose whammy bar system. I will leave the letters on so you realize are getting this exact case buying on, but they peel right off if get your thumb nail under it.

I'm not adding alto of money to the actual post office price take advantage anyone. Please look at pictures carefully, they are part of my.

Known concerns: no operating concerns with the condition of this item. This item comes from my personal collection. Last photo is to show you how good a Music Man guitar fits in this case, and as proof I do have am not making up story.

I is functioning perfectly to my knowledge and testing right now. I loved the extra height because always felt guitar inside was safer with more distance between it and anything that might've fell or laid on top of. Its mostly been used inside my house as safe storage for amber colored guitar that came in it originally.

I did not put a postage figure on it, and am allowing to totally the it will cost you. They are stick think aluminum and do not tear like paper stickers would.

Notice it has a few dings and marks, even though i've always been extra careful with all these years. Please see photo for and condition. Never caused me any concerns since and has been worked on or repaired for reason. Case only - guitar is not included.
