I would suggest that you use a two part epoxy like lactate epoxy instant mix and follow the directions. Sorry but I will only ship to the lower 48 states.

I only have 7 of these doors to sell and they are being sold as is with no return option. The cover door that you see in the photo of muftis perfectly. I installed the cover flush with the tweed back board and looks cosmetically correct and stays in place.

During the fabrication in the flat pattern layout, I inadvertently trimmed the side flanges about. Also keep in mind that you can bend the side flanges to fit tight up against the chassis to keep the door shut to short on both sides.

Once this is done, then you can line up the diamond cover horizontally and vertically to obtain the cosmetic fit if you are not familiar with this cover, it's main function is to protect the tubes and also provide brackets to wind the power cord onto.

These side flanges are to inter fit into the 4 bracket clips that are inside the Gibson chassis. What I have for sale is a rear diamond cover that is a reproduction that I made myself because I was tired of not being able to stow the power cord away which was a nuisance. This can be done by laying the face down.

This cover is exactly like the original except for one anomaly. Details the cover is made out of ATM a cs type b, standard cold rolled steel. Since the diamond cover comes with the hinge only, you can epoxy the hinge flange onto the u bracket.

Also note, that the u bracket has a joggle on both sides. Most of the time these bracket clips are missing. Note this diamond cover assembly does not come with the u bracket that is attached in the chassis with the 4 adjustment screws. Mine stays shut without the brackets and I did not have to bend the flanges.

Since the spot weld will burn away the zinc plating, you can touch up the spot welds with aluminum paint. This is what I did, but it was done before the zinc plate operation the other option is to remove the u bracket and have it spot welded onto the hinge flange of the cover. Note if you don't have the bracket clips in your amp, then it won't matter anyway.

To make the side flanges inter fit into the chassis clip brackets, I would have to adjust the diamond cover plate about 1/4 of an inch inward which then would create a 1/4 inset of the cover from the outer surface of the rear tweed baffle board. If it is, then you can install the diamond cover as noted below. Like my dad use to say something is always better than nothing.
