Measurements from inside the case: total length : inches top bout width : 13 inches middle waist 11 inches bottom 17 body compartment 24. These black gold cases were pretty standard back in the 60s for large-bodied wide shape guitars such as l5 and johnny smith, tail fallow, sj200 barney Bessel, but with added padding could easily be used other similarly shaped deep-bodied es175, j45, l4, es125, hummingbird, etc. This is a vintage original Gibson Lifton. Archtop hardshell guitar case.

I m in the process of selling some extra cases that ve had around house for years. I'm supplying every conceivable measurement of the inside and outside case so be sure to check measure your guitar make yours will fit prior purchase.

I m showing a picture of my es175 inside the case to show that there is about 1 total extra space on each side lower and upper bouts. 5 long body depth: 4 inches lid 1 inch length outside width outside: it is in good condition for its age.

The guitar pictured in last photo is for reference only. It doesn't have any strong odors inside, but could use a cleaning. It has the characteristic black Rolex outside and gold plush interior with a nice leather replacement handle all original claps latches, etc.

It has some scratches, nicks and dings due to age, of the Rolex is missing around edges, but this case very solid will take great care your guitar.
