It functions well, producing an output signal. I had to replace them with vintage button tuners from Stewart-MacDonald as the gears and posts fallen out of originals before got my hands on it. The original tuners are included with guitar.
The volume pot is scratchy and tone fine. This guitar is a real closet classic and in pretty great shape for its age. The only real issue was tuners.
Original Bakelite knobs still intact.
